Theodore Prock | President

Todd began working for Prock Marine Company in 1983 learning about the marine construction business from the ground up under the direction of his father and uncles. Many years’ experience as a laborer, equipment operator, and foremen have given him the forethought and insight to be an excellent leader for Prock Marine. Todd is an Officer of the Company and serves on the Board of Directors.

Eric Prock | Vice President

Eric began working June 1985 in the field on construction crews; he was promoted to foreman in 1990. Eric works in the field overseeing major projects on a daily basis. Eric is an Officer of Prock Marine Company and serves on the Board of Directors.

Kenneth C. Knauer | Professional Engineer / Project Manager

Ken graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He received his Professional Engineer license in 1994. Ken was hired at Prock Marine 2003 as Project Engineer. His past experience with MDOT and various other construction companies brought a whole new skill set to Prock Marine Company.

 

Shawn Toohey | Engineer / Project Manager

Shawn graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy in 1990 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and from the University of Illinois in 1996 with a M.S. is Civil Engineering. He served for 10 years on active duty in the Coast Guard in various engineering capacities.  From 2001-2019, he owned and operated Maritime Construction & Engineering, completing numerous private, municipal, state and federal  marine construction projects primarily in southern Maine and New Hampshire. Shawn joined Prock Marine Company in December 2019, when it purchased Maritime Construction & Engineering.

Devin Prock | Estimator / Project Manager

Devin worked at Prock Marine Company throughout high school and college and joined the company full time in 2009 after graduating for UMO with a B.S. in Construction Management Technology. He also has an A.S. in Business Management from UMO and A.S. Civil Engineering Technology from EMCC. Devin is currently one of our estimators and project managers.

 

Derek Prock | Treasurer / Onsite Foremen

Derek has worked with Prock Marine Company since 2003 beginning as a laborer under the direction of the two Prock generations. He is a certified crane operator and onsite foreman. He has also obtained his USCG Captain’s License Master 100 Ton with towing endorsements. He serves as an officer of Prock Marine.

Tricia Robinson | Office Manager

Tricia joined Prock Marine Company in 2015.   she has worked in several office settings over the years in many capacities. Her background in retirement services and human resources has been an asset to the company. Tricia oversees the finances, benefit administration and compliance.

Terri Sukeforth | Administrative Assistant

Terri graduated from Casco Bay College in Portland, Maine with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She is the receptionist, payroll and accounts payable clerk. Terri also provides support to our office personnel.
