Theodore Prock | President

Todd began working for Prock Marine Company in 1983 learning about the marine construction business from the ground up under the direction of his father and uncles. Many years’ experience as a laborer, equipment operator, and foremen have given him the forethought and insight to be an excellent leader for Prock Marine. Todd is an Officer of the Company and serves on the Board of Directors.

 

Kevin Prock | Vice President

Kevin started work in 1974 training under the direction of his family leaders he learned the marine construction trade. Currently Kevin is the operations manager overseeing and directing the mechanic shop and yard crew with his invaluable knowledge and experience. Kevin is an Officer of Prock Marine Company and serves on the Board of Directors.

 

Eric Prock | Corporate Secretary / Onsite Superintendent

Eric began working June 1985 in the field on construction crews; he was promoted to foreman in 1990. Eric works in the field overseeing major projects on a daily basis. Eric is an Officer of Prock Marine Company and serves on the Board of Directors.

 

Gary Neville | Project Manager / Estimator

Gary has been with Prock Marine for 29 years as project manager and estimator. He has supported Prock Marine Company in several capacities over the years to include EEO Officer, Quality Control and Human Resource assistance. He has a B.A. in Life Science from Hamilton College, USCG Captain’s License Master 100 Ton, Sailing & Assistance Towing endorsements, and is a certified scuba diver.

 

Steve Durrell | Project Manager / Estimator

Steve is a graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been with Prock Marine Company for over 35 years. Steve has been Project Manager of many multi-million dollar projects. He has extensive experience in handling United States government construction projects. He has worked with the U.S. Army of Engineers, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and the Maine Department of Transportation on many construction projects.

 

Kenneth C. Knauer | Engineer/Project Manager

Ken graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He received his Professional Engineer license in 1994. Ken was hired at Prock Marine 2003 as Project Engineer. His past experience with MDOT and various other construction companies brought a whole new skill set to Prock Marine Company.

 

Devin Prock | Safety Manager / Project Manager

Devin worked at Prock Marine Company throughout high school and college and joined the company fulltime in 2009 after graduating for UMO with a B.S. in Construction Management Technology. He also has an A.S. in Business Management from UMO and A.S. Civil Engineering Technology from EMCC. Devin coordinates the safety program and is a junior project manager.

 

Derek Prock | Treasurer / Onsite Foremen

Derek has worked with Prock Marine Company since 2003 beginning as a laborer under the direction of the two Prock generations. He is a certified crane operator and onsite foreman. He has also obtained his USCG Captain’s License Master 100 Ton with towing endorsements. He serves as an officer of Prock Marine.

 

Tricia Robinson | Office Manager

Tricia joined Prock Marine Company in 2012; she has worked in several office settings over the years in many capacities. Her background in retirement services and human resources has been an asset to the company. Tricia oversees the finances, benefit administration and compliance.

 

Terri Sukeforth | Administrative Assistant

Terri graduated from Casco Bay College in Portland, Maine with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She is the receptionist, payroll and accounts payable clerk. Terri also provides support to our office personnel.
