In 1938 Alton A. Prock & Sons was founded by Alton A. Prock. The company was incorporated
in 1963 and became known as Prock Marine Company.
Being a family business Prock Marine Company's wall
of presidents presently consists of Alton and his four sons, Wallace, Ancil, Merle and Maynard. Alton's sons have
since retired and four of his grandsons currently run the family business: Randy, Kevin, Todd and Eric. There
are also four great-grandsons working in the company.
Prock Marine strives for honesty and efficiency
with each and every one of our customers. We have received several outstanding contractor awards from the United States
Army Corp of Engineers. In 1992 and 2008 we were given the Waterfront Developement & Enhancement Award
plaque from the Rockland-Thomaston Area Chamber of Commerce.
